Sweet, wild elderberries from the Black Sea contrast with tart Corinthian currant pieces; both offset beautifully by delicately fragrant Egyptian hibiscus, and rose, strawberry leaves and natural flavours. This organic explosion of flavour is as delicious served hot as it is over ice.
